1 General Provisions

jaee9 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and jaee9. These Terms apply to all services, features, content, and functionality of the platform.

jaee9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest Terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on jaee9, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If you allow a minor to use your account, that will be considered a serious breach of these Terms and your account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

At the time of registration, you must provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted, and if this occurs, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balance held may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

jaee9 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other official documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account is being used without authorization, notify the support team immediately. jaee9 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from misuse of your credentials.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jaee9 is ৳100 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Stating the correct amount and reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on jaee9 are secured by SSL encryption technology. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted. jaee9 reserves the right to review suspicious transactions and, if necessary, place them on hold.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on jaee9 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳42,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳25,000 before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus.

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• If a bonus is misused or there is any attempt to claim a bonus through dishonest means, jaee9 reserves the right to close the account and cancel the bonus.
• jaee9 reserves the right to change or discontinue the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• Certain games may not count toward a bonus's wagering requirement — contact support for details.

5 VIP Program

jaee9 has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to a higher level. Bronze level offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver level up to 0.7%, and Gold level up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP level is determined based on your overall activity on the platform. jaee9 reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, and criteria of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another account.

6 Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaee9 platform:

• Attempting to win through fraud, deception, or dishonest means.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Misusing bonuses or gaining advantages through multiple accounts.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to access any part of the platform without authorization.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

Participating in any of the prohibited activities described above gives jaee9 the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account. In addition, all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited. Relevant authorities may be notified where applicable.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on jaee9 are considered final once confirmed. jaee9 reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted or settled due to a technical error. For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or results in a draw, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself. Contact the support team to learn about the rules of any specific game. The rules of game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft) may also apply.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute about the outcome of any game, report it to the support team. jaee9's system logs will be considered the highest form of evidence. If a user suffers a genuine loss due to an unintentional technical issue, jaee9 will investigate and attempt to provide a suitable resolution.

8 Responsible Gaming

The intellectual property of third-party game software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt) belongs to them respectively.

jaee9 will not be liable for losses arising from technical errors, internet disconnections, third-party software issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, if a user suffers a genuine loss due to a technical error, jaee9 will investigate and attempt to provide a resolution.

12 Account Closure & Service Termination

12.1 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing the account. The bonus portion will not be withdrawable if the wagering requirement has not been met.

12.2 Closure by jaee9

jaee9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reasonable cause. In such cases, the user's actual deposits (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though this may be delayed while an investigation is ongoing.

13 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
